Annual Conference – Ohio Physical Therapy Association (OPTA)

Systems 4PT recently sponsored and attended the OPTA annual meeting in Columbus, OH. It was great to see such a strong and vibrant state chapter of the APTA family, and a pleasure to meet OPTA President Anthony DiFilippo. We learned firsthand what Ohio has done to inspire patients to enjoy the benefits of PT’s, and Anthony reiterated that work from the stage, saying “Our goal is to inform the general public about the benefits of PT care.”

Anthony DiFilippo is now formally ending his term in Ohio but will be running for the APTA Board of Directors in June. To learn more about Anthony, please  visit www.rehabpros.net or www.ohiopt.org

While at the conference, Systems 4PT’s VP of Development, Dan Alloway, presented our 5-minute documentation demo to all attendees, and we enjoyed many one-on-one meetings with multiple practice owners. Dan Alloway commented that “It’s invaluable to hear the concerns of the APTA community. Their feedback will help us continue to evolve and improve our state-of-the-art EMR.”  Scott Montgomery, Systems 4PT’s VP of Marketing, added that “It’s a pleasure meeting our clinic partners. People like Laura Freed of APEX Physical Therapy, a new Systems4PT customer, inspire us to push forward with new and innovative features.”

Systems 4PT looks forward to attending more events in the coming year. If you would like to suggest an event that you feel is particularly relevant, feel free to email scott@mysystems4PT.com or call 208-409-6366 with details.
